Job Thing... Big thing
Why job such a big Fuss....? While starting my career in my hometown I learnt my aspects that helped me in my second job, however I keep hearing about the problems and concerns that job brings in. The boss seems to be too arrogant, delegating all the work to his subordinates and not appraising the work which the employee deserves. Is it so tough to appreciate and acknowledge someone because of the work done! After switching to another company after coming to Delhi, I've not known much politics at workplace. However instants when employee when leaving the company is sharing during exit interview is also taken in other stride (maybe to defend the decisions taken). The deserved appraisal is not awarded and even and even though exit interview is manipulated. Such things even if brought to management doesn't help. I see many jobless people also at times however to get a job of even 10k they've to pay 50k bribe. I feel a job which gives you growth, immense satisfac...
